on-site ski rental, amazing views of Mount Yotei, spacious onsen facilities
The room cleanliness needs significant improvement!!! I encountered issues with outdated furniture and an unpleasant odor in the restroom!!! The restaurant prices are outrageous for basic food selections!!! More dining options needed!!!

The hotel staff spoke excellent English. Also, a Ms. Iwata was very helpful in arranging for the shuttle bus from jr Sapporo Station to Hilton Niseko Village. I learned from the hotel's website the night before leaving for Hilton Niseko Village that requests for the shuttle from jr Sapporo Station should be made 3 days in advance. Fortunately, there was space on the shuttle for my group of 13 adults and actually turned out that we were the ones on the shuttle and it was perfect for my group and our 13 overnight bags! Ms. Iwata also arranged to charter a bus and driver for my group on departure day to take us from Hilton Niseko Village to our Noboribetsu Onsen hotel for a very reasonable fee (turned out to be cheaper than going by jr trains!). Ms. Iwata also was able to send some personal clothing (that one of my tour members forgot in her room's drawers) to arrive in time to our Hakodate hotel by courier (payment upon delivery). Outstanding service!!!

The location is magnificent and perfect for exploring Niseko. The rooms are newly remodelled and large and the buffet breakfast offered has good choice of dishes.

Breath-taking view from the room, calm and beautiful view from the open- air hot spring place
Infrequent shuttle bus between the hotel and the towns - Niseko, Hirafu and Gutchan. No sauna facility in hot spring place

The ski village is fine. The onsen is not so good as it only has two pools. No staff serves inside. The restaurant ren is nice & good, we enjoyed the food and well services.

Liked the deluxe family king room, felt like we were home. The hotel was in a lovely location really close to Hilton Niseko Village for lunch, the wonderland chair lift out and the valet service for skis. It also was to the Niseko main gondola.

great breakfast at the Melt restaurant, wonderful onsen and very convenient location for skiiers with ski equipment valet available.
Main think I didn't like at the Hilton Niseko Village is the infrequent shuttle buses and lack of stops. We end up having to walk a lot back to the Welcome centre stop if we want to go a bit further away from that bus stop.

We loved the ski in/out and valet service. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the staff were excellent - particularly the concierge.
The free shuttle bus is absurd. It is usually a small mini-bus, it doesn't run regularly enough and the late-night buses couldn't fit us all on so were either driving rather dangerously with us all squashed on or we were rejected from getting on at 11pm at the Welcome Centre in town. This really is unacceptable as the Hilton is 20 mins away from town. The windows really need to be fixed. They have the most spectacular views however due to constant condensation we could never see out of it. Finally, the pub inside is so insanely overpriced. The Hilton should offer a slightly better value-for-money option within the facility. The pub was double the price of town prices and with VERY little value for money. Finally, the fact there there is no free wi-fi in the rooms in this day and age in Asia as well as having absolutely no TV channels apart from the local free to air (USD15/show otherwise!) is really ridiculous.

The Hilton offered really good views of Mount Yotei from my room. The staff was professional and helped efficiently with my business needs, including setting up presentation equipment. The breakfast provided a diverse selection, with both Western and Japanese options, which catered well to varied tastes. The onsen also provided a nice, relaxing experience after long working hours.
Dinner options were overpriced and underwhelming.
